    Refund and Cancellation

    We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy within a 14-day period starting from the date you receive the product.

    14-Day Return Period:
    Customers must raise the Return Request within 24hrs after the product is delivered. We strictly follow a 24hrs timeline, failing which the product return/refund will not considered under any circumstances.

    To return an item, you must raise a return request in your order history page within 24 hours after delivery.
    Opening video is must for return/exchange for manufacturing defects/damages.
    The item must be returned in its original condition, with all original packaging and accessories.

    How to Raise a Return Request:
    To initiate a return, follow these steps:

    1. Log in to your account on our website.
    2. Navigate to your "Order History" page.
    3. Locate the order containing the item you wish to return.
    4. Click on the "Return" button next to the relevant item.
    5. Fill out the return request form, providing details such as the reason for the return and any additional comments.
    6. Once your return request is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions.

    Exceptions to the Return Policy:
    Items that are not eligible for return include:

    • Items that have been used or damaged
    • Items that are not in their original condition
    • Items that are missing parts or accessories
    • Items that are purchased on discount sale or clearance sale
    • Items that are purchased via store credits or special coupons given by support team

    How to Return Items?

    You can ship the product to the following address. Once you ship the parcel, kindly share the tracking details (Receipt) for our reference.

    Inspection and Processing:
    Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above. If the item passes inspection, we will process your return and issue a refund. 


    Refund:
    Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 2 business days of receiving the returned item.

    - Customers who have paid online, will get their refund back to their source Bank Account or as Store Credits.

    - Customers who have opted for Cash on Delivery, will get refund in the form of Store Credits only. Refund amount cannot be credited to any third party bank account.


    Important Note
    This policy is only for customers in India and we won't be able to provide exchanges, returns or refunds to our international customers due to prohibitive shipping costs.


    Exchanges:
    At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return as per the instructions above and place a new order for the desired item.


    Cancellation:
    You can request for the cancellation of the order by e-maili / whatsapp. If in case the order is already been shipped, simply reject and return the products at the time of delivery. If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
